WhatsApp CRM: the CRM that fills itself in

CIERA is a WhatsApp CRM and AI agent in one, built for South African service businesses. Every WhatsApp conversation creates and updates the customer record automatically — contact details, booking history, quotes, invoices and payments — so there is nothing to type in afterwards. From R799 per month, in rand.

Why most small-business CRMs fail

A CRM is only as good as the data in it, and in a small service business nobody has time to put the data in. The plumber finishes a call-out at six, the salon owner closes the till at seven, and the CRM stays empty. Within a month it is a subscription nobody opens, and the real customer history lives where it always did: in WhatsApp, on someone's phone.

CIERA starts from that reality instead of fighting it. The conversation is the CRM. Because the AI agent is the one answering your customers, it already knows who asked for what, which job was booked, what was quoted and whether the invoice was paid — so it writes the record as it goes.

What gets captured automatically

WhatsApp-native, not a WhatsApp add-on

Most CRMs treat WhatsApp as an integration: a channel bolted onto a system that was designed around email and forms. You still open the CRM to do the work. CIERA inverts that. The work happens in WhatsApp, where your customers already are, and the CRM is the record that falls out of it.

It is also an AI agent

The reason the CRM fills itself in is that CIERA is answering the messages. It replies to customers 24/7 using only your verified information, books and reschedules appointments on your calendar, quotes off your price list, sends invoices and payment links, and hands the chat to a human the moment one is needed. Built for South Africa

Pricing is in rand, not dollars. The platform is built with POPIA in mind and the operating company is registered with the Information Regulator. Staff can work in English or Afrikaans. Customers pay through local payment links. The WhatsApp connection runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, so your number stays yours, your WhatsApp Business app keeps working alongside it, and your account stays in good standing.

Trained for your industry

CIERA covers 22 service industries, twelve of which have a purpose-built agent with its own playbook rather than a generic one wearing your trade's name. See all 22 and what each handles, or go straight to plumbers, electricians, hair salons or tutoring centres.

How much does a WhatsApp CRM cost in South Africa?

CIERA starts at R799 per month for a solo operator and runs to R19,999 per month at the Enterprise tier. Every plan is the complete platform — the AI agent, the CRM, bookings, quoting, invoicing and payment links. The tier only sets how many WhatsApp conversations are included, so you are never charged extra for a feature or billed per seat. Setup is done for you and most businesses are live within about two working days.

Common questions

Do I need a new phone number?

No. CIERA connects to your existing WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official Embedded Signup. You keep the number your customers already have, and you can carry on using the WhatsApp Business app alongside it.

Will my customers know it is an AI?

The agent answers in your business's voice, using only the information you have given it. It does not invent prices or make promises you have not approved, and when it is unsure or the situation is sensitive it escalates to you instead of guessing.

What happens to the data I already have in WhatsApp?

Your existing chat history and contacts can be imported during onboarding, so the CRM starts with the relationships you have already built rather than empty.

Can my staff use it too?

Yes. Staff work on the business number in English or Afrikaans, and what they do is recorded against the same customer records the agent is maintaining.
