How to request deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. We will process your request in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (including GDPR and POPIA).
Option 1: Email us
Send an email to willemcnalbertyn@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Please include the email address or phone number you use with our service so we can identify your account. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), unless we are required to retain certain data by law.
Option 2: Contact via WhatsApp
You can also contact us through the contact options on our website (e.g. WhatsApp) and request data deletion. We will ask you to provide the same identifying information so we can process your request securely.
What we delete
After we verify your identity, we will delete your account and the personal data we hold about you, including account details and conversation data associated with your use of the platform. Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. for legal or audit purposes) or in anonymized form.
