CIERA is an assistant for people who are their own business: the dance teacher, the plumber, the photographer, the consultant. It reads the conversations you already have on WhatsApp and email, and helps you answer, book and get paid, without ever sending a word you did not approve.
What it does
- Answers ready when a customer asks. When someone asks about a price, a service or a time, CIERA puts the answer from your own catalogue, website and calendar at the top of the chat. It never replies for you; you copy what you need and write your own message.
- A calendar that watches the conversation. When a booking is agreed in a chat, CIERA proposes the event. Reschedules and cancellations become changes you approve.
- Invoices as messages. An invoice is a message with a payment link and a PDF. Follow-ups go out on a schedule you set, and only when you say so.
- One place for every channel. WhatsApp and the mailboxes people write to, in one list, filed under the business or project they belong to.
How CIERA uses your Google account
Connecting Google is optional. If you connect your Gmail, CIERA asks for two permissions and uses them for exactly two things: to read mail from people so it appears next to your WhatsApp conversations and can be answered about, and to send a reply, quote or invoice from your own address when you approve that specific message. Automated mail such as newsletters, notifications and receipts is recognised and never stored. If you connect Google Calendar, CIERA reads your events so it never proposes a clashing time, and writes the bookings you confirm. Google data is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models. The full detail, including how to disconnect, is in the privacy policy.
Built local-first
Your phone is the source of truth for your messages. CIERA's server holds a message only until your device has received it, then deletes it. Nothing is sent through your WhatsApp number or your mailbox without your approval, every time.
